Last Friday (January 11th) the owl barriers on National Road 114 (between Évora and Montemor-o-Novo) were completed!
These (net) barriers were put on a black spot of owl mortality and will help reduce it, forcing owls to fly over it, past above road level and thus avoiding collision with vehicles.
Also in the same place, a billboard was placed, to promote the Green Infrastructure that the project is creating with all its actions.
