The collect of seeds to future germination tests on Project Life Lines started in autumn of 2015 (September and October) and it took in to account a phenology and ecology of the species. It was collected seeds of Crataegus monogyna (hawthorn tree), Myrtus communis (myrtle) and Pistacia lentiscus (mastic tree) in experimental pole of the University of Évora (Herdade da Mitra) and seeds of Trifolium angustifolium (narrow clover) in Évora.
